The hotel is conveniently located in a little alley, just a short walk away from the tourist sights in the center of Porto. Guests mention the quiet and peaceful atmosphere despite its central location. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with charming exposed brick walls for privacy. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is exceptional, and the hotel offers facilities such as a spa, hot jacuzzi, and pool.
The TV placement in the rooms is inconvenient, as it doesn't pivot on the wall and can only be watched by standing next to it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were amazing - the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mezzanine level for the bed and a small seating area. The cleanliness was great, and I was kinda surprised to find small gifts like wine and chocolates in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly, and their attention to detail made my stay even better. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the tourist sights and shops.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. the modern and well-equipped rooms overlooked a beautiful garden, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a hot jacuzzi and steam bath which refreshed our spirits. the location was very practical with easy access to public transport.
Although everything was perfect at this hotel, the only minor issue was that we wished we could have stayed longer.
